Man, I&#039;m no expert in losing weight or anything. Simple logic tells me if you burn more calories than you consume you&#039;re going to lose weight.

So if you eat healthy i.e. lots of fruit,veg and lean protein and cut out sugars and fizzy drinks, and you combine that with some form of daily exercise e.g. running, sport, swimming etc. then you should lose weight and get a nice lean/toned body.
