I’m super excited to announce my project that I’ve been working on for the last couple of months, and I’m even more excited to tell you how you are going to benefit from it!

There are a few things that are very important to your life and your personal development, but I think that the single biggest topic of importance is your health.

How To CookI love junk food, I really do.

I love pizza, burgers, fries and chocolate…but I know that they are bad for me. And that is why I eat them very irregularly.

I have cooked dinner for myself and my friends or family almost every day for the last 5 years…and I honestly never spend more than about 10 minutes in the kitchen cooking those dinners.

Over the last few years I have honed my skills and perfected a few really simple, really healthy and really delicious ‘base’ recipes. Most of these recipes are so good that my friends or family tell me I should start my own restaurant and serve my customers what I cook!

(I say ‘base’ recipes because each ‘base’ recipe allows for multiple unique variations of the same meal by substituting say chicken for fish, and by adding or replacing vegetables with other ones).



Your Health Is Everything



Easy Dinner RecipesWithout your health, all the money, fame, friends and success in the world mean very little (because you won’t get to enjoy them).

The meals you eat and the food you put into your body play a HUGE role in your health.

When you are young, processed foods, sugars and greasy take-out may keep you going. You may feel pretty good for many years, but then all of a sudden you turn 30 or 40 and you start getting really ill, maybe chronic diseases, organ problems…

I would take a bet that the majority of major disease and illness (like heart disease, diabetes, cancer etc.) are as a direct result of the food people put in their bodies.

Oh…I don’t mean for this post to be negative. Let me get to my point:

It is so easy to take care of your body and health by eating as much raw and natural food as possible.

This means eating lots of fruits, vegetables, lean protein and nuts and avoiding processed foods, sugars and artificial ingredients as much as possible.

I bet you’re thinking that cooking healthy meals takes skill or takes a lot of time to cook every night? Not if you learn to cook my recipes…

      Thanks :) The video was shot in the first take, I was so happy with that!

      Your health is super important. I’ve taken it for granted and there were a couple of times when I got really sick and thought, wow, everything else means nothing if you are not healthy strong.

      Luckily it’s really easy to eat lots of fruits,vegetables and lean meats to keep your health in tip-top shape. It’s especially easy now that I created this cooking course, and now everyone can cook healthy delicious dinners in no time at all!

    Diggy, who knew you were so talented? :) The recipes look great and I look forward to seeing what I can cook up to impress my family.

    I never cooked a day in my life until after my 30th birthday last year. I remembered as a kid I hated my dad’s cooking, and I decided I did not want to be that dad. And I wanted to be around for my kids and not eaten up with heart disease. Jamie Oliver’s podcasts saved my life and I’m constantly looking for new things. Can’t wait to read it!

      How are you doing sir? I hope all is well and life is good!!

      Yes that, together with the fact that the recipes are all super healthy, is the main selling point of my cooking guide. I think it’s safe to say that the majority of people don’t want to spend an hour or more in the kitchen every night to prepare their dinner. I personally don’t want that, so can imagine that most people don’t either.

      I’ve been cooking these recipes for myself for the last few years and they are delicious, easy to make and give me my protein and vegetables, which always leaves me feeling good (instead of greasy and dirty when I eat take outs).
