There is all of this hoop-de-doo about it; and, somebody asks her how she was able to live for so long? How come none of these little old ladies say things like, "I smoked 3 packs of cigs a day; drank a liter of bouborn a day; and, always had sex at least 10 tens a day!"? HeHe! I want to be the first one to do that, or, be shot by a jealous husband at 120! Seriously, though. I believe that we are all products of our environments. If we work hard, and live and work in a clean environment (as I have always done, at 6,300 feet above sea level), there is no reason why none of us can live a very long life. We do need to clean our minds of frustrations, drama, and stress, and realize that negatives will never make us happy, nor healthy. Always keep your mind moving! Meaning, read books, do puzzles, "figure" things out. Always exercise and do it with weights of any kind. Cardio as well as pulminary! (The old in and out, haha!)Always keep yourself busy, physically and mentally! Wait 40 years...I'll send you all an invitation to my 100th birthday party, via Diggy! He never seemed old. He gave up driving at 98 because they were going to make him take a test again. I think that is another thing that keeps you young...never BEING old.
