    Good post. But I really think I’m alright with my thoughts. Changing them means adopting a lot of new ones. That means, being you, but not you.

      Yeah it takes some work to change your thoughts and mindsets. If you are happy and you feel you’re doing okay then there is no need to change. It’s only for those people who are unhappy with their lives. Those people need to do something and make some changes to work towards getting a life that makes them happy and feel thankful to be alive.

    Not as simple as it sounds, when you don’t have any family support. A family that puts you down to others and yourself. In a world of solitude and on your own. No job, no money, no one to turn to. So how on earth can one do well in life when there is so much turmoil in their life
