The Upgrade Reality Body Transformation Challenge – Fat or Skinny no More!

Fitness Challenge

The Upgrade Reality Body Transformation is a challenge that applies to everyone wanting a healthier and better-looking body.

If you’re part of the very small percentage of people who have the perfect body they’ve always wanted, I congratulate you. Otherwise, I’m daring you to take part in this challenge that I’m laying out for you right now.

Why would you want to transform your body into a lean, toned and healthy body?

Think about how much happier you would feel with your ideal body. Think about the confidence you would gain.

Whether you’re chubby or obese (excuse the offensive terms) and want to lose weight, whether you’re stick-thin and want to gain muscle or even if you just want to tone your arms, legs and stomach… everyone can take part in this body transformation challenge.

Just have a look at the results you can achieve :

The Upgrade Reality Body Transformation Rules

  1. You have 3 months starting from today to achieve the desired results.
  2.

  3. You may use any form of training and diet (excluding steroids and harmful weight-loss programs).
  4.

  5. You have to take a ‘before’ and ‘after’ picture, and you need to record you change in weight.

I’ve created a special email list for the Upgrade Reality Body Transformation Challenge that you can opt into below. It will make the challenge official, it will allow you to commit to the challenge and it will help you to stay motivated because I’ll be sending you regular short motivation emails to help you stick to your routines.

I have absolutely nothing to sell to you, so don’t think that you’re going to get weight-loss offers in your inbox.

My biggest goal with this challenge is to help as many people as I can with getting a healthier and better-looking body, so that they can feel happy, have more energy and be more confident with everything they do.

You’re Not Doing This Challenge On Your Own

The biggest problem that most people face when wanting to get a better and healthier body is the problem of going through the journey on your own.

But in the Upgrade Reality Body Transformation you’re not on your own. You’ll have dozens of other blog readers who will be joining you, and you’ll also have me personally joining you on this challenge.

I already started (5 weeks ago actually) eating healthy and going to gym 3 times a week. But just like you, I’ll start again taking today as day 1 and doing this challenge for the next 90 days.

The pictures of me below were taken today, and I’ll take new picture in the same position after 90 days.

Which Training Program Should You Follow?

I’m not qualified to give you any form of advice when it comes to your diet or training program.

Personally I’m going to gym 3 times a week and eating a variety of meals that contain protein and carbohydrates with a lot of vegetables. My goal is a healthy and fit body, with a bit more muscle.

Depending on your own goals, you’ll have to find a program or method that will help you transform your body from where it is today to where you want it to be in 3 months from now.

The following programs have been bought and used by literally tens of thousands of people to transform their bodies and could be useful to you:

  • Body for Life
  • The Diet Solution Program
  • Fat Burning Furnace
  • The Truth about Abs
  • The Muscle Maximizer

    I’m in for this challenge!

Well actually I went back to the gym last week after a long (I think 2 years) of hiatus. Then I had common cold. Haha.

Let’s see what we got after 90 days :)

    • Diggy

      Hi Marco,
Awesome, glad to have you on board! Indeed, let’s see where we are after 90 days :)

  • http://www.findingmyfitness.com Jason @ FindingMyFitness

I need a good challenge to keep up what I am trying to accomplish. The weather is nice, and it’s good jogging weather. Count me in!

    • Diggy

      Hi Jason!

Sweet, I actually haven’t been jogging for a month now. It’s time I get back into it!

      • http://www.findingmyfitness.com Jason

Yes, it *is* time to get back into it! ;) I actually just started back up…I have a 5K this Friday, but the real dream is the half marathon in November I still need to register for. I am not a runner, and at 290 lbs I am not built like one, but I’m hoping that if I start my body will decide to take the hint and catch up.

        • Diggy

          Love your positive attitude:)

  • http://www.mindofallan.com Allan

I’m already on this 1 month challenge.

Made a bet with a friend that if I don’t reach my goals by the end of the month. I’ll pay him 50 bucks and he get bitch slap me across my face.

    Extreme? Yes.
    Effective motivation? Definitely ;-)

    It’s all about leverage!

So I’ve decided to jump on board with you Diggy! Challenge accepted!

    Let’s get shredded!

    • Diggy

      Hi Allan,

Good to hear man. I like that you’ve given yourself a strong incentive to get in shape!

Would love to hear your progress and see you take part in this challenge :)

  • http://www.single-womens-guide-to-marriage.com/ Leigh

    Hey Diggy!

I accept your challenge. I had already started dieting and working out, but my resolve was weakening. Your blog post came at exactly the right time for me. To everyone else, good luck!

    Leigh

    • Diggy

      Hey Leigh,
Good to hear you’re joining in. The more people join, the more I personally feel I really need to stick to this challenge too.
I know it’s hard to have the discipline to stick to something like this for 90 days, especially when you can say “I’ve lived the way I am for xx years, so why should I change?”.

      Let’s do this :)

  • http://deathrant.net Mike Radivis

I like your contest, Diggy. This time I won’t participate as my priority is to fix a nasty health problem of mine first.

Also, I’m already at my optimal weight. Being vegan makes that rather easy. When I switched to a vegan diet my problems with overweight disappeared surprisingly quickly. So, if anyone here considers dieting, I’d suggest to try going vegetarian or vegan for a try. That may sound a bit radical, but it’s certainly one of the best things you can do. If you are in doubt, read the phenomenal nutrition book The China Study by T. Colin Campbell.

    • Diggy

      Hi Mike,
Hope you get healthy soon man! Best wishes!

I agree with you on the vegan thing. I’ve never gone completely vegan but I’ve tried various juice and vegetable fasts for a few days and felt absolutely fantastic.

  • Tanvir

Nice to see UR is back online. I came yesterday and saw only a link to the sign-up page and thought you had fully embraced the Email Blogging strategy Glen has been advocating over at Viperchill :) .

I’d like to participate in this challenge, but can’t do so right now for some other health reasons. That being said, I do want to do the P90X once this year so hopefully I’ll get my results, just later than you guys. Hope everyone involved gets some awesome results!

    -Tanvir

    • Diggy

      Hi Tanvir,
haha that would be interesting, but it would not be so easy to drive a lot of traffic to the homepage if there is nothing on it. Certainly search engines wouldn’t send any traffic.

But signups on that day were pretty high, so it’s interesting.

Hope you get well soon so you can take part in the fitness challenge asap:)

  • http://www.mylifestylemax.com Stacey Herbert

Hey Diggy, what a cool idea..I’m in. Like you I started working out properly again about 3 weeks ago, but only in the last 2 weeks, have I made it a non negotiable. I don’t think I’d be comfortable with any 1/2 naked pictures up any where, but I’ll keep a handle of my progress, measurements and weight. Really like the way you are getting everyone involved with this

    • Diggy

      Hi Stacey,
Good to hear you’re working hard at staying fit and getting the body you want to have.

That’s the biggest aim of this challenge, to get people happy with their bodies, and thus happy with themselves.
You don’t need half-naked pictures of course, wear a bikini or something ;)

I accept your challenge… Since moving back from Uruguay 11 months ago, I’ve went from 218lbs down to 179lbs, I’m 5’11″. It’s not about getting to a certain weight, but getting to a healthy weight and being healthy. Now that I’ve got most of the fat off of my body, now’s the time to get cut up…

    Hey Diggy,

I personally think that 3 months is not enough.

I think 1 year would be more realistic.

It took me around 6-7 months to gain 30 pounds and i am still skinny.
