For example, you read a book from Eckhart Tolle. Now you don't do anything that's written in the book or apply it on real life, in real pratctical situations. In this case reading Tolle is just mental masturbation. Just like any other LifeStyle Development product. Now if you want mental masturbation sure go ahead no one is judging you except for yourself.
